Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or private practice entries.

Membership and purchase restoration

For an existing purchase, use Restore Purchases in Shift while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Shift. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. For billing refunds, visit Apple’s Report a Problem service.

Reminders and local information

Notification permission is optional and can be changed in iPhone Settings. Onboarding answers, liked affirmations, and reminder preferences are stored on your device.
